What you need to vote: 

VOTER REGISTRATION: If you're already registered to vote, double-check to make sure that all your information is accurate. If you're not already registered, you can register online until October 15.

PHOTO ID: You need a valid form of photo ID to vote. Make sure you have a valid form of photo ID. If you don't have a valid ID, you can get a FREE Virginia Photo ID at your nearest voter registration office, even on Election Day. 

When/Where to vote: 

ELECTION DAY is Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Polling places are open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Election Day. Click here to look up your polling place. Anyone in line at 7:00 p.m. will be allowed to vote.

ABSENTEE VOTING: You may be eligible to vote absentee, which means you can vote either by mail or in-person on or before Election Day. For more details on absentee voting, click here.
